An awesome job was done on the portrait that i had done for my wifes 50 anniversary. You managed to have it arrive at a perfect time so i got it mounted while she was away and she was totally surprised and happy with the result

I’m totally pleased with the two signs we ordered. I am still waiting for the 4 wall mounts that were not shipped with my order. I sent a chat when I received my order advising the missing mounts and they advised it would be shipped when they returned from vacation. I did send a chat earlier today but did not receive a reply. Please advise when these mounts will be shipped. Thank you!

The pit itself looks amazing, although we haven’t used it yet. Unfortunately one of the handles on the top screen was bent by the courier. It was just left in front of our house so had no chance to inspect it. Would like seller to contact me please.
Hi Janice, Like we mentioned by email we're happy to replace the top at no charge if it can't be straightened out. Unfortunately we have no control over the shippers once the pits are in their hands.

Looks great so far! Had our first fire in it the other night and it looked beautiful. I was happy it arrived wrapped and protected. The shipping fee was a bit steep in my opinion but it came fairly fast and we are pleased with it so far.
Thanks Pamela! You should see what we pay its about twice what we charge! Shipping costs have skyrocketed over the last 3 years and we are still charging the same as we were in 2023.
