Immediate reply to my inquiry, for a custom sign I wanted for a client gift. They were very quick to produce my item, which was better quality than I had expected. It was heavy duty, not flimsy or cheap feeling at all. The pick up was easy, and communication at every point of the process was quick, and helpful. Will definitely be keeping in touch for future gifts!
Wasn't sure if I wanted to pull the trigger and buy my house signs here. I'm so glad I did. They look amazing and couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Thanks so much for making my dream in my head come to reality. You do amazing work !!!
Truly impressed with the quality of these - quick turn around, amazing signs. Nice folks.
Love the fire pit...Beautiful craftsmanship
If I could rate this with 10 stars I would. I was not expecting this to be of this quality. It's solid and got some weight to it. I was expecting a flimsier version as I found this to be priced on the low side. I sent some thoughts I had and they nailed it out of the park on the first try. The details on the Jeep were the best I've seen. We've got some locals that do this type of work but it looked cartoonish. I trusted what I saw online. Nova Scotia holds a special place for us, so this was an added bonus. It had to be a Canadian Company and they did not disappoint. I would re-order without a doubt. The turnaround time was super fast and shipping was more than reasonable. PS Their super fast response went to Junk email, so be aware if you feel you were not responded to.
The sign looks great. It was completely custom and it was very easy to work with Kristen via email to design it.
Easy communication & our order arrived relatively quickly.

The team at Smoke on the Water Fire Pits and Signs was great to work with. Very responsive and provided great ideas on the initial design concept we had. The finished product arrived when they said it would and we were very pleased with the quality of the metal and workmanship. The template provided really helped with a very professional looking install. We plan on using them again in the future.
Amazing service, fast delivery, great quality. I was really impressed, the sign turned out exactly as I had hoped. And Canadian!
We had them design and make us a special sigh for us and the product was well made and looks great
I found this company in an online search through Google.
The work done by Kyle was awesome. I just had to tell him what I wanted and he was able to read my mind perfectly. His design was incredibly accurate. He’s an excellent artist. The completed sign was 100% perfect, honestly. The signs were completed and shipped within a few days, I was expecting it to be longer, but I received them in remarkable time. Just over a week arrived in Ontario shipped from Nova Scotia.
I am very very very pleased with the communication with Kyle. I would give a lot more stars….
I can’t recommend this company enough! They were professional, patient, efficient and everything came exactly as expected.
