The team at Smoke on the Water Fire Pits and Signs was great to work with. Very responsive and provided great ideas on the initial design concept we had. The finished product arrived when they said it would and we were very pleased with the quality of the metal and workmanship. The template provided really helped with a very professional looking install. We plan on using them again in the future.

The work done by Kyle was awesome. I just had to tell him what I wanted and he was able to read my mind perfectly. His design was incredibly accurate. He’s an excellent artist. The completed sign was 100% perfect, honestly. The signs were completed and shipped within a few days, I was expecting it to be longer, but I received them in remarkable time. Just over a week arrived in Ontario shipped from Nova Scotia.
I am very very very pleased with the communication with Kyle. I would give a lot more stars….

I bought one for myself and it was so real looking. It literally looked exactly like my dogs so I bought one for a friend who also lost their dog four days before me. They absolutely loved it and it’s a perfect memorial.

I had a memorial made for my dogs that just passed away a day or two before I contacted the seller. He was amazing to work with very patient, especially since I had so many questions. When we decided on the mock up, it was very fast processing and shipping, and I was extremely pleased with my product. Highly recommended.

We went to the "factory" to accept delivery - a bit hard to navigate to because my Garmin GPS couldn't find the address - but the owner gave us specific directions and there it was.
