International Shipping:

International Standard (1-2 weeks)+ Production Time

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the hem has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about cancelling an order please contact us.

4. RETURNS

All sales are final and returns are not accepted.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

Unfortunately, due to fluctuating order volumes delays can happen. If a product is required by a certain date please contact us to verify timeline before ordering.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

Smoke on the Water Fire pits and Signs will replace at no charge items damaged in transit.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• We do not provide shipping to US overseas territories. Limitations exist on shipping of fire rings and fire pits outside of Atlantic Canada. Please contact us for a shipping rate to any other destination as those prices can fluctuate and we cannot guarantee pricing provided on our website is accurate.
